Overview
Veyrazo is a home-friendly fitness and wellness app from Sloth Bloom. The app helps users create an account, choose fitness preferences, follow routines, track progress, complete daily quests, track outdoor walks and runs, and grow an in-app tree based on consistent activity.
This policy explains what information Veyrazo collects, why it is used, how it is protected, and what choices users have.
Information We Collect
Account information
- Username
- Email address
- Display name
- Date of birth
- Profile photo, if uploaded
- Authentication status, session status, email verification status, and account security preferences
We use this information to create and secure accounts, support sign-in and recovery, restore data across devices, verify email ownership, support authenticator-app two-factor security, and display safe public profile details for friends, challenges, and leaderboard features.

- Outdoor activity summaries such as activity type, duration, distance, pace, speed, estimated calories, step estimate, elevation range, target type, and route point count

We use this information to show dashboard and progress summaries, restore progress after sign-in, generate tree growth and badge summaries, and support friend challenges and leaderboard-safe summaries.
Health Connect
When available and enabled by the user, Veyrazo may request Health Connect read access for steps, distance, active calories burned, and exercise sessions.
Health Connect data is used to automatically update activity totals, improve progress summaries, and reduce manual logging. Users can deny or revoke Health Connect access and continue using manual tracking.
Location Data
When a user starts an outdoor walk or run, Veyrazo may request location permission to estimate route, distance, pace, speed, time, elevation, and estimated calories.
Precise route data is private by default. Friends, leaderboards, and public profile summaries use sanitized activity summaries and do not expose exact home, work, or route details.
Notifications
Veyrazo may request notification permission for workout reminders, daily quest reminders, friend requests, challenge updates, achievement alerts, and weekly summaries. Users can turn reminder-style notifications on or off in app settings or through Android system settings.
Cloud Services
Veyrazo uses Firebase services to support account and cloud features:
- Firebase Authentication for identity and sign-in
- Cloud Firestore for account, settings, onboarding, routine, progress, tree, badge, and social data
- Firebase Storage for user-selected profile photos and app media
- Cloud Functions for account cleanup, username lookup, routine generation, email verification, two-factor flows, and server-owned reward summaries
Some information is stored locally on the device first, then synced when the user is signed in.
Advertising and Analytics
Veyrazo may use Google AdMob and Firebase services to show ads, measure app performance, understand crashes, prevent abuse, and improve app reliability. These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, diagnostics, and approximate location signals as permitted by Android and Google Play policies.
Veyrazo does not sell personal information.
Public Profile and Social Features
Veyrazo may create limited public profile summaries for friends, friend requests, leaderboards, invites, and challenges. Public summaries may include display name, username, profile photo, tree stage, badge count, and leaderboard-safe activity totals.
Public summaries do not include email address, date of birth, exact weight, limitation notes, private account settings, or precise route/location data.
User Controls
Users can sign out, update account details, delete their account, disable reminders, control Health Connect access, and control location permission through Android system settings.
Account deletion removes the Firebase Authentication account, private Firestore data, public profile data, username reservation, and profile photo storage tied to the account, subject to normal security, fraud-prevention, backup, and legal retention requirements.
Data Security
Veyrazo uses encrypted network connections, Firebase security rules, account authentication, and server-controlled functions to protect user data. Password credentials are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored by Veyrazo in Firestore.
Data Retention
Local data remains on the device until the user clears app data, resets local progress, signs out where local reset is triggered, or deletes the account. Cloud data remains until the user deletes the account or Sloth Bloom removes it as part of normal security, maintenance, or legal compliance processes.
Children
Veyrazo is intended for users age 18 and older. The app is not directed to children.
Fitness and Wellness Notice
Veyrazo provides general fitness and wellness guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or emergency care. Users should stop activity if they feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe symptoms and should consult a qualified health professional before starting a new fitness routine when appropriate.
