Veyrazo Account Deletion
This page explains the actual Veyrazo in-app account-deletion flow and what Veyrazo removes when the request finishes.
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Delete Your Account In The App
- Open Veyrazo.
- Open Settings, then go to the Account section.
- If the Delete Account option is locked, verify your account email first. Veyrazo only enables sensitive account changes after email verification.
- Open Delete Account.
- If your Veyrazo account uses an email and password sign-in, enter your current password and type DELETE.
- If your Veyrazo account uses Google sign-in only, type DELETE. That screen does not require your current password.
- Tap Permanently delete account and complete any sign-in refresh prompt if Veyrazo asks you to sign in again before finishing deletion.
Account deletion is permanent. It is different from resetting progress or changing onboarding choices.
What Is Removed
When deletion completes, Veyrazo is designed to remove the Firebase Authentication sign-in account and the account-linked records Veyrazo stores for that user.
- Your private user document and its account subcollections in Veyrazo's Firestore data.
- Your public profile record and public leaderboard entry.
- Friend requests, friendships, challenge links, and block-list records tied to that account.
- Your username reservation, if that reservation is owned by the deleted account.
- Your friend-code reservation, if that code is owned by the deleted account.
- Profile-photo or similar uploaded account files tied to that account.
Some limited records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, fraud-prevention systems, or where retention is required by law.
