Veyrazo Privacy Policy
Veyrazo is a fitness and wellness app from Sloth Bloom. It helps users create an account, complete onboarding, build adaptive home and outdoor routines, track health and workout progress, use widgets, connect a Wear OS watch, view guided workout links, and use optional social and reward features.
This policy explains what data Veyrazo may collect, store, sync, process, and share when those features are used.

Account And Security Data
Veyrazo may collect or store the following when needed for the selected feature:
- Username
- Email address
- Display name
- Birthday
- Profile photo when uploaded by the user
- Authentication status
- Session status
- Email verification status
- Trusted-device status
- Two-factor security preferences
- Security questions and user-provided security answers
- Account recovery challenge status and related verification state
This data is used to create and secure the account, support sign-in by email or username, restore account data across devices, support password and username recovery, support email-code verification, trusted-device checks, and two-factor security, protect sensitive account actions, and display safe public profile details for friends, friend challenges, and leaderboard features.
Onboarding And Fitness Profile Data
Veyrazo may collect or store the following when needed for the selected feature:
- Main goal
- Fitness goal
- Activity level
- Age
- Height
- Weight when provided
- Hydration-related body basics
- Workout days
- Active days
- Preferred workout duration
- Routine length
- Routine style preferences
- Focus-day selections
- Limitation or injury notes entered by the user
- Daily challenge preferences
- Routine and recovery preferences
This data is used to personalize routines and exercise choices, generate safer daily goals, hydration goals, and workout plans, adapt duration, intensity, and exercise alternatives, avoid unsafe intensity jumps, and improve safety guidance and low-impact alternatives.
Progress And Activity Data
Veyrazo may collect or store the following when needed for the selected feature:
- Weight logs
- Hydration logs
- Step totals
- Calorie estimates
- Workout completions
- Exercises completed
- Skipped exercises
- Sets, reps, duration, and estimated calories
- Daily challenge completions
- Recovery task completions
- Routine completion history
- Progress summaries and trend snapshots
- Badge, sticker album, and growth milestone progress
- Tree growth and achievement summaries
This data is used to show dashboard, routine, and progress summaries, restore progress after sign-in, generate growth, badge, and achievement summaries, and support friend challenges and leaderboard-safe summaries without exposing private health details.
Outdoor Tracking Data
When the user starts an outdoor walk, run, hike, cycle, or supported cardio tracking session, Veyrazo may collect or store activity type, duration, distance, pace, speed, estimated calories, step estimate, elevation range, target type, target value, route point count, private route points for saved sessions, and session summaries or history.
This data is used to run outdoor tracking, show route and summary screens, save session history, and support private progress tracking and limited safe social summaries.
Precise route data is private by default. Public sharing, friends, and leaderboards must use sanitized summaries and must not expose exact home, work, or route points.
Health Connect And Sensor Data
When available and enabled by the user, Veyrazo may request Health Connect read access for steps, distance, active calories burned, exercise sessions, and compatible heart-rate data when supported by the connected wearable or health source.
This data is used to automatically update steps and activity totals, improve dashboard and progress summaries, reduce manual logging, and support optional activity restore and sync. Users can deny Health Connect access and continue using manual tracking.
Wear OS And Cross-Device Sync Data
When a compatible watch is connected, Veyrazo may sync limited workout and tracking data between phone and watch, such as active session state, countdown and start state, tracking mode, workout timing state, source labels, and compatible wearable activity summaries when shared through supported device flows.
This data is used to support phone-watch workout continuity, keep active sessions aligned across devices, and improve workout and outdoor-event experience.
Widget Data
If the user places Veyrazo widgets on the home screen, the app may display and update widget-safe summary data such as hydration totals, weight summary state, daily challenge summary state, and step summary state.
This data is used to show quick snapshots and support limited one-tap actions such as quick hydration logging or opening the related app screen.
Social Data
If the user uses social features, Veyrazo may collect or store a friend code, friend requests sent and received, accepted connections, friend challenge invites and progress, safe leaderboard entries, and public profile card fields selected for sharing.
This data is used to support private friend connections, friend challenges, leaderboard views, and limited public-facing profile summaries.
Notifications
If notification permission is granted, Veyrazo may send or display workout reminders, hydration reminders, daily challenge reminders, weight reminders, safety prompts, routine reminders, social alerts, achievement or badge alerts, and weekly summaries.
Advertising And Analytics
Veyrazo may use Google AdMob and Firebase services to show ads, measure app performance, understand crashes, prevent abuse, and improve app reliability. These services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, diagnostics, and approximate location signals as permitted by Android and Google Play policies.
Veyrazo does not sell personal information.
Coach, Personalization, And Memory
Veyrazo may store routine-planning and coach-related memory such as exercise history, preferred exercise families, skipped workouts, completed workouts, approved exercise swaps, and routine context derived from onboarding and progress.
This data is used to improve deterministic routine generation, support safer substitutions, and personalize coach responses within the app.
Cloud Storage And Sync
Veyrazo uses Firebase and related cloud services, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Cloud Functions for identity, account data, onboarding, routines, progress, social, summary data, trusted account actions, recovery flows, and server-owned reward or cleanup tasks.
Some data is stored locally on the device first, then synced when the user is signed in.
Public Data
The app may create public or semi-public profile summaries with safe fields only, such as display name, username, profile photo URL, tree stage, badge or achievement count, limited leaderboard totals, and limited friend challenge totals.
Public profile summaries must not include email address, birthday, exact weight, limitation notes, security questions or answers, recovery challenge details, precise route or location data, or full private workout history.
Data We Do Not Store
- Passwords or password hashes in Firestore
- Raw two-factor codes
- Raw password-reset secrets outside supported authentication systems
- Unredacted precise route data in public documents
- Full contact lists
- Unredacted support or debug logs containing sensitive personal data
Firebase Authentication manages password credentials.
Data Sharing
Veyrazo does not sell personal data.
Veyrazo may use safe public summaries for friend requests, friend challenges, leaderboards, invites, ads, donations, or other clearly labeled social features. These summaries are limited to the profile and activity information needed to operate those features and do not include private account data, exact weight, limitation notes, private health records, or precise route points.
User Controls
- Sign out
- Change account details
- Update or remove a profile photo
- Add or update security questions
- Reset local progress
- Delete the account
- Disable reminder-style notifications
- Control Health Connect access through Android system settings
- Control location permission through Android system settings
- Control certain ad and consent settings where supported
Data Retention
Local data remains on the device until the user clears app data, resets local progress, signs out where local reset is triggered, or deletes the account.
Cloud data remains until the user deletes the account or Sloth Bloom removes it as part of normal security, maintenance, fraud prevention, recovery support, or legal compliance processes.
Children
Veyrazo is not intended for children under 13. Account creation requires a birthday that indicates the account holder is at least 13.
Safety
Veyrazo provides general fitness and wellness guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, physical therapy, or emergency care.
Workout plans, calorie estimates, hydration goals, step goals, coach responses, and activity summaries are estimates and may vary based on device sensors, Health Connect data, wearable data, terrain, pace, user input, and individual physiology.
