iOS review draft — not yet the published policy. Prepared September 17, 2026 from the current iOS development build. Retention terms, release feature availability and device-deletion coverage require publisher confirmation.
iOS account and data deletion
This page is separate from the Android privacy policy and Android deletion instructions.
Delete the shared Veyrazo account
Permanent account deletion affects the shared account on iOS and Android. It is different from signing out, uninstalling an app, resetting local progress or removing one workout.
- Open Veyrazo on iPhone and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open Profile → Settings → Account & sync.
- Choose Delete Veyrazo account and read the confirmation.
- If the account is linked to Sign in with Apple, complete verification with that same Apple account. The app revokes its Veyrazo authorization before requesting cloud account deletion.
- Complete any requested sign-in verification and wait for the app to confirm completion. An error or cancelled verification is not confirmation that deletion succeeded.
If access or verification fails, email support@slothbloom.com. Include your sign-in email or Apple relay email and say that you want the Veyrazo account deleted. Do not send a password, one-time code or identity document unless a verified support process specifically requires it.
Account records covered by the deletion flow
The deletion service is designed to remove the authentication account and its associated user data, including private account subcollections, public profile/leaderboard records, account-owned name/code reservations, uploaded account files and applicable social links. iOS fitness records are among the account-linked records, even though they are separated from Android fitness records.
Release verification must confirm the deployed service also removes the newer iOS challenge/routine-sharing and support-submission records. Local implementation is not evidence that every production deployment has been updated. Contact support if deletion reports an error or account records remain.
What does not disappear automatically
- Apple Health: Veyrazo account deletion or removal from local Watch history does not itself erase Apple Health workouts. Use Apple's Health data controls for records you want removed there.
- Other devices and Watch queues: offline/local copies may remain. Current Watch inbox, outbox and account-revocation cleanup is still being completed and must not be described as automatic erasure from every device.
- Recipient copies: exported routes or routines already copied by another person may remain with that recipient.
- Apple purchases: account deletion is not a subscription-cancellation request. Manage any active subscription through your Apple account.
- Backups, logs and legal records: retention periods and applicable exceptions need publisher confirmation before this draft is published.
Remove a local Watch workout only
In builds with this control, open Workout history → Watch workout history, choose Remove from iPhone and confirm. This removes the local summary, not the Apple Health workout or your account. Minimal session, Health-workout, account and link identifiers are retained to prevent delayed retransmission from bringing the summary back. The operation cannot be undone from this history screen.
This control is under development review. Confirm its presence in your installed build; if it is missing, contact support rather than assuming uninstalling deletes cloud information.
Request deletion without app access
Use the email link above, identify the account and specify account deletion or the particular data you want removed. Support must verify ownership. This draft does not set an unverified completion deadline; the publisher must confirm the response process and retention exceptions before publication.
